Sermon about Mary Magdalen, the masacre in our town, and defiant alleluias

Sermon about Mary Magdalen, the masacre in our town, and defiant alleluias.

Most of you know that my favourite tableaux in the entire Bible is that moment when Mary Magdalene meets Jesus in the garden. For so many reasons, this narrative reflects humanity, reconciliation, hope, joy, desire, love and eternity in just a few brief moments. On a personal level, it reflects who I believe I am as a woman, how I see my Lord and Christ, Jesus, and the anticipation of our consummal meeting.

In a world where hope is attacked on all sides, be encouraged by Nadia's sermon… come alongside and let us be together.
