Hope For The Sold — Canadian Reality, Canadian Hope

Hope for the sold
Sometimes finding solid Canadian resources about slavery can be a bit daunting. We're picking up speed, that's for certain. Yet we're still a ways off yet to creating a full national awareness, where the average Canadian knows exactly what you're talking about when you say the words "human trafficking".

Hope for the Sold has created a well crafted documentary I first viewed last summer with my youth group. The youth were so moved by what they saw and heard that they organized their own prayer vigil, featuring Enslaved and Exploited: The Story of Sex Trafficking in Canada. (www.hopeforthesold.com)

See it for yourself. And while some of the pictures are bleak, hang on to the one word that is repeated throughout the film: hope.
